I like to apologize from all the fans of my blog 'boxoffice-online' for not giving you a movie for few days. As I was stuck with my studies couldn't publish a post recently :). So today I'm bringing you one of the best movies I've seen and a movie that cannot be made for a long time. Directed by MEL GIBSON, this is the APOCALYPTO (2006).
In the Maya civilization, a peaceful tribe is brutally attacked by warriors seeking slaves and human beings for sacrifice for their gods. Jaguar Paw hides his pregnant wife and his son in a deep hole nearby their tribe and is captured while fighting with his people. An eclipse spares his life from the sacrifice and later he has to fight to survive and save his beloved family.

The feature that captured my breath in Apocalypto is the sense of purity and the closeness you get to the age that is portrayed by the movie. It is a movie with real nature and real life out there. Unlike in 10000 BC this ,movie they haven't used english but in a way it makes us so close to the language used in the movie and with the hard subs you won't feel any difference in understanding what they say.
The music is another factor that suits greatly to the plot and all in all this is an outstanding movie you can't see everyday. IMDB rating-7.9/10. Enjoy!!!
